Hello! I'm Nicola.
With over a decade of experience in the compliance side of recruitment, I have steadily advanced to management roles and later transitioned to auditing for clients. My journey since 2008 has granted me a wealth of expertise in both compliance and audit realms. Coupled with my meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach have been key in passing numerous audits successfully.
After dedicating five and a half years exclusively to auditing, I am excited to return to the recruitment sector. I look forward to re-engaging with this dynamic field and contributing my comprehensive knowledge to drive success at TLTP.

What is something on your bucket list that you haven’t had a chance to complete yet?
Have recently completed a Swim challenge where I swam the length of the channel of England to France (21 miles) and achieved a Silver Swim Certificate. I am now attempting the same distance to back whilst in tandem completing the Swim Challenge of swimming the length of Thames (41 miles).
