Hello! I'm Lee.
I’ve been a part of TLTP’s family for over 16 years, starting my journey in recruitment as a fresh-faced trainee resourcer. Since then, I’ve climbed the ranks to a director role in our medical division, and I’m incredibly proud of this achievement. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of leading our AHP and HSS desk, where I’ve worked hard to meet client needs and support the career growth of healthcare professionals.
In 2023, I embraced a new chapter in my life - becoming a father! This personal milestone gave me a profound appreciation for the impact education has on shaping our children’s futures. It also ignited a passion within me to dive into the education sector, an area I've admired from the sidelines during my tenure here.
Transitioning to the education team feels like a perfect fit. My commitment to ensuring top-notch educational experiences for all children, including my own, drives me every day. With my extensive background at TLTP and a fresh perspective on education, I’m excited to bring my dedication and expertise to this new role.
