Hello! I'm Alfie.
I’ve always been a people’s person who enjoys speaking to and meeting new people, and fortunately my role here at TLTP Education allows me to do this. I see my role of placing educators into schools extremely important because they will be educating the next generation so it’s crucial to get this right from the start. I’ve learnt the importance of how the right person, with the right attitude within a team, can make a difference.
Nothing makes me happier than receiving positive feedback from schools and hearing the excitement from candidates when I tell them I have found them their dream role.
