TLTP Education, the recruitment division of the London Teaching Pool, ignites the careers of Teachers, Teaching Assistants and support specialists by matching outstanding talent with great clients.
We are proud to hold the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) Audited Education accreditation – the Gold Standard for recruitment – which acknowledges the high standards to which we adhere. We strictly comply to the required rules and regulations and as such are always fully up to date on changes within the education sector with regards to safeguarding, compliance checks, customer service, data protection and advertising.
All our consultants are able to provide appropriate, informed guidance to all candidates, from trainee teachers through to members of senior management. We strive to support the recruitment and retention of UK trained teaching staff and ensure all candidates, that we place, are happy, satisfied and content.
We understand there is no more important job than looking after the emotional and educational needs of today’s children and young adults. That’s why the internal team at TLTP Education is made up of staff who have a wealth of knowledge within the sector. The directors together have over 20 years’ experience of working within education and recruitment, therefore our understanding of education is comprehensive and relevant. We always aim to help promote the value of teachers and the work they do in nurturing and drawing out the talent within children and young adults.
