After a year in recruitment, starting in construction and then transitioning to education, I joined TLTP Education specialising in secondary recruitment. Prior to recruitment, I played professional women’s football, bringing the same determination and drive to my current role.
I enjoy the dynamic nature of the job, connecting with different schools and meeting new people. I’m motivated by knowing that the more effort I put in, the greater the results I achieve.
