Since 2001, my professional journey has been rooted in the Health and Social Care Sector. My journey has encompassed diverse roles within various Domiciliary care agencies, ranging from Carers/Senior Carers/Nurses to NHSi Framework agencies where I oversaw the provision of Paramedic Staff. Beginning in payroll, I steadily progressed to achieve the esteemed position of a CQC Registered Manager.
In my recent roles, I focused on compliance, gaining over 6 years of experience in guiding candidates through the intricacies of compliance requirements. I take great pleasure in ensuring candidates are fully compliant before commencing their first shifts, offering them personalised support throughout the compliance process.
