Hello! I'm Charlie.
I joined TLTP Education after wanting a change of career from hospitality and being a people’s person, recruitment was a natural choice. I work on the Secondary Education team and have my own portfolio of clients whom I work closely with.
I’ve learnt that candidate satisfaction is an absolute number one priority when finding them work. I recognise that a happy candidate, with excellent career prospects and growth in their role will result in excellent job satisfaction and in return strengthen my relationship with the school.
