I joined TLTP Education after gaining six months of experience in the recruitment industry. I decided to pursue a career within education recruitment as I take pride in helping people and find it highly rewarding. Engaging with candidates and fostering a friendly environment is something I truly enjoy, which is why I see this role as an ideal opportunity to channel these qualities effectively.
Working alongside experienced and knowledgeable professionals, has been a perfect way to kickstart my career in recruitment and I am always looking to strengthen my skills and progress to the best of my ability.
