School Management and Leadership
Progressing into a school management or leadership position is the next big step in climbing the career ladder.
Once a teacher has developed skills in communication, business acumen, time management, influencing and negotiation it confidently opens doors to pursue a career in educational leadership.
Senior Leadership roles include Head Teachers, Deputy Head Teachers, Assistant Head Teachers, and sometimes Head of Departments who all work together to manage the Middle Management team and provide the vision, direction and
strategy for the school.
To be an Educational Leader requires multi disciplines such as planning, development, instruction, management and culture.
