Hello! I'm Charlotte.

I joined TLTP after working within medical recruitment for 10 years. I’m excited to change industry and help professionals within education to achieve their dream role. As a consultant, no two days are the same, and it is an incredibly rewarding role. I pride myself in being thorough, collaborative and enthusiastic.

I have also found working alongside professional and like-minded people very refreshing and fulfilling.
