I began my recruitment journey as an apprentice and have worked my way up to a consultant role. As a natural people person, I’ve always enjoyed meeting and connecting with new people, and recruitment has allowed me to turn that passion into a career. There’s nothing more rewarding than placing someone in their ideal role and knowing I’ve made a positive impact on their life. At TLTP Education, I take pride in placing the best educators in the industry, helping them shape the next generation in a meaningful and lasting way.
What I love most about recruitment is its fast-paced nature—every day brings new opportunities and challenges. It’s a dynamic career where I get to spend my days building meaningful relationships with both candidates and clients. The satisfaction of leaving both sides happy with the process is one of the most fulfilling parts of the job.
