Hello! I'm Shannon.
Before joining TLTP Education I worked in the medical recruitment sector for 6 years. Starting off as an apprentice Compliance Officer and building myself to a Senior Nursing Recruiter. The reason why I joined the recruitment industry was driven by the high energy that came on the sales floor. I find it rewarding being an expert in your market and being able to provide candidates/clients with a role/staff member that suits them and the company.
I enjoy the genuine appreciation of my work from candidates and clients, it gives me a sense of purpose and motivates me to work harder.
If you were stranded on a desert island, what three items would you want to have with you?
- My cats Autumn and Alpha
- Hammock
- Tanning oil - might as well make the most of the weather!
What is something on your bucket list that you haven’t had a chance to complete yet?
Persuading my boyfriend to propose to me in Aruba on the pink flamingo beach (is that too much to ask for?!)
