After wanting a change from being a full-time professional Cake Baker an opportunity came along to work for TLTP Education as a Recruitment Consultant.
I’m glad I pursed this opportunity because working on the Primary Education team means I get to support children with their early years education by providing talented, passionate and high-quality teaching staff. I enjoy meeting new candidates and building relationships with them, and when I place them into fulfilling roles nothing makes me happier than hearing their excitement of having a job they love.
