Education is something I passionately believe in so when I started TLTP Education in April 2006 I wanted us to be known for attracting the best educators in the market whilst making a difference in the industry. Fast forward to the present day and I am proud to say with the support of all the recruitment consultants and back office team we have achieved our initial aim of being a leading independent educational agency who continue to receive its coveted REC Audited Award, the gold standard in safeguarding.
As the CEO my main responsibility remains to ensure my team adheres to the vision and values of our company and this is cascaded down to their teams. I’m very lucky to have, what I believe to be, an awesome and talented team.
