  • Social Sciences (Sociology, Psychology, Criminology, Health & Social Care)

  • Negotiate the best salary package, which is in line with the Teachers' Pay Scale and aim for an early contract starting from July 2025.
  • Provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to prepare for interviews
  • Only present you with schools that meet your requirements.
  • Apply to as many schools as needed, there is no limit, and we can market you to multiple schools in one go.
  • Make you aware of options that are available to you which you may not know of.
  • Provide you with inside knowledge of schools to ensure you are well prepared.
  • Support you throughout the process from polishing your CV, submitting your application, planning your commute, to helping you complete all the necessary paperwork.
  • Guide you through the interview stage, ensuring you are prepared and know what is expected from you.
  • Keep in touch with you even after securing a role to make sure you are happy and receiving the support you require.
