We are looking for a Premises Assistant to join the facilities team at a secondary school in Hillingdon. This full-time, permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a Premises Assistant to contribute to the smooth running of the school by supporting with maintenance, health and safety, and site management. The role is ideal for someone with a practical background who is proactive, organised, and able to work independently as a Premises Assistant.

The Role

As a Premises Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of the school grounds and buildings. Your duties as a Premises Assistant will include performing regular maintenance checks, responding to emergency issues, and assisting with the setup of facilities for events and activities. You will also be involved in supporting the health and safety of the school environment, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations as a Premises Assistant.
