The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of lessons in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. Your key responsibilities will include:

Supervising classes and ensuring students remain on task.

Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Supporting students in their academic and personal development.

Ensuring that lesson plans are followed and students are engaged.

Reporting any incidents or issues to the relevant staff members.
