Premises Assistant - The Role

We are seeking a fantastic Premises Assistant to be a part of the premises team. Some of the duties included in this role include:

General maintenance duties including: minor plumbing, inblocking drains, reparing door furniture, maintain and repair fittings.

Painting interior and exterior areas of the building.

Collect and assemble waste for collection.

Clean windows and glazed areas of the building

Cover for key holding when required
