TLTP are currently working with a primary school in Hillingdon. The school are looking to recruit an Administration and Welfare Officer to start in ASAP on a long term basis with the option of going permanent.

*** Administration and Welfare Officer First Aid training is essential.

Responsible for ensuring pupil welfare and delivering first aid support as needed.

Oversees attendance monitoring and administers procedures to support attendance policies.

Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills in interactions with pupils, staff, parents, and external agencies.

Proficient in administrative duties, with strong IT skills in Word, Excel, and the ability to manage a range of tasks effectively.

Committed to upholding and contributing to the school's ethos and objectives.

Administration and Welfare Officer - The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Attendance and Welfare Officer to lead on pupil welfare, medical support, and attendance initiatives. This role includes liaising with healthcare professionals, maintaining up-to-date records, and engaging with parents and staff to promote pupil health and regular attendance
