HLTA / UNQUALIFIED TEACHER - The Role

We are seeking a passionate, personable, and driven Higher Level Teaching Assistant / Unqualified Teacher (HLTA/UQT) to join our friendly and forward-thinking school. In this role, you will:

*** Lead small group interventions to support pupil progress.

*** Cover whole classes as required, teaching planned lessons and providing verbal and written feedback.

*** Foster a positive classroom environment, supporting individual pupils and groups of varying abilities.

*** Play a pivotal role in accelerating learning and contributing to the school's overall success.

HLTA / UNQUALIFIED TEACHER - The School

This is a primary school based in Letchworth with 192 pupils between the ages of 7 to 11.
